This is our throwback to traditional and local Tennessee flavor. Delicious and crunchy, this kraut is made with locally-grown cabbage from Cannon/Wilson county farmers. We ferment in small batches using ceramic crocks. We don’t always have access to Organic cabbage, but we our cabbage is always free of harmful chemicals. Our Tennessee Sauerkraut is raw and unpasteurized and full of probiotics!

Ingredients: Green cabbage, Unrefined Mineral Rich North American Sea Salt
