Caraway Kraut

Delicious and crunchy sauerkraut! Our krauts are made primarily with locally-grown produce. We ferment in small batches using ceramic crocks. Our Caraway Kraut is raw, unpasteurized and probiotic rich. This has that old timey flavor that makes a great Rueben!

Ingredients: Green cabbage, Organic Caraway Seed, Unrefined Mineral Rich North American Sea Salt
