Short Mountain Cultures sauerkraut harkens back to the days when folks preserved the huge cabbage harvest in crocks to eat all winter. Our kraut is lacto-fermented with vegetables sourced exclusively from Middle Tennessee farms. We carefully craft each flavor according to seasonal freshness and peak of flavor.

Tennessee Sauerkraut

This is our Tennessee throwback to traditional and local flavor. Delicious and crunchy, this krauts is made exclusively with locally-grown produce. We ferment in small batches using ceramic crocks, just like granny does. Our Tennessee Sauerkraut is raw and unpasteurized and full of probiotics!
